Chef Billy Chen has over 13 years of culinary experience. He has been offering sushi in Bellingham Public Market since 2006. And since the Public Market closed, we moved to here.

We Provide the freshest sushi, delicious Japanese cuisine, Japanese craft beer, and sake selection.
