Back in 1995, Pastor Anton A. left his home church in Independence, Missouri, to start a church in rural Skagit County. When finances ran low, he moved to Saskatchewan, Canada, where he planted another church in the countryside. Ten years later, he moved back to Washington State, where he revived the Skagit County church under the name of CCIC (Christ Church of Interdependent Conservatives).
